  13. I am preparing to buy a CyberStorm accelerator for my A3000T-040.  I have
  14. heard that it is now officially possible to use one in an A3000 desktop.
  15. I have an A3000 *tower*; this makes my prospects *better*, right?  (I'm
  16. assuming that since I've got more room in there than a desktop user, that
  17. I'd be at less of a risk.  Is this true?  Will a CyberStorm *fit* okay in
  18. an Amiga-3000 tower?)  Also, are there any hardware conflicts?  I know the
  19. accelerator slot of an A3000 is almost identical electrically to that in
  20. an A4000, but still, are there any known hardware problems there?

  22. Another thing I wonder about is, since I'm planning to get the SCSI-II
  23. and I/O expansion options, what form physically do these expansions
  24. come in?  If I get the I/O expansion, do I still need to get the SCSI,
  25. or is that included?  Are they on piggyback daughterboards?  Zorro
  26. cards?  (Hopefully not more than one of the two are Zorro cards; I can
  27. only spare one more slot...)

  29. And finally, I heard rumors that the 68060.library was buggy on some
  30. floating point trig functions, causing certain fractal programs to
  31. behave abnormally?  Is this true, and if so, was it ever fixed?  (I
  32. heard this a long time ago, not long after the introduction of the
  33. board.)

  35. Do you think this is a good idea, or would I be better off with a
  36. Warp Engine and a straightjacket?
